Would like to put on another 10kg of muscle(long term), put more size on my shoulders, and increase my bench press to about 85kgx10 by the end of the year.
Just into my second week back after a week off lifting. The first week was pretty hard - my lifts were either static or went down (especially my bench press), but this second week has been great. Today I did arms/chest and improved on every lift- either by doing an extra rep or adding more...

Solid looking physique. Are you really only 5'1", though, or is that a typo? I ask, because in your photos there is nothing in frame to compare you to, so you look at least of average height.
