Friend helped to get me ontrack with training plan, instruction, and nutrition help.
Why I Love It:
Started out as a hobby but now i consider it a lifestyle. I love everything about BB: the dieting, the hard training sessions, the stress relief, the overall sense of achievement.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have worked my life into the gym, not the gym into my life. I Love to get comments on my physic from different people as I spent my younger years as a skinny white boy (still white though lol). I admit sometimes its vanity that motivates me through tough days.
Started at 64kg...80kg Goal by May 2010! 8kg UP 8kg TO GO!
Goal (Long):
Goals have taken a hammering from my injured ac joint back in Dec 08, and after being hit by a dam car in April 09 which dislocated my shoulder (same shoulder as the first injury) which put me off the gym for two months I've had a rough 8 months losing 10kg. However after returning from a month holiday in Europe i'm amping to get back into it! Shoulder has healed so it's all up from here! Long term i'm aiming to get back up to 80kg while still staying as lean as I was last year. Will be updating my measurement goals once i've measured up.
