Increased Cardio to 3.8mph for all AM Cardio.

This week decreasing Cardio to 30 minutes from 45minutes in the early AM, 45min too long, easier to blow off.

Did 30 minutes on the tready last night and again this morning (11o @ 3.5mph) calf a little tight but I think Im back doing cardio, yeehaa!

Blew out my Calf muscle last Thursday but have been limping through, decided I really needed to rest it so my cardio has gone to ****.

30 mintues tread mill (10 degree incline, 3.6mph) every morning, weight lift mon-wed-fri and treadmill tue-thur for another 30 minutes.
