I workout during my lunch hour which is from 12:30 to 1:30,the advise i am looking for is how should i work out when to eat and an idea into what to eat.
Hey....thanks - yeah training is good. 12 week challenge is done and dusted so that phase is over - time for fase two. My PT has got me going hard core on some heavy heavy programs - so bring on more lean muscle mass...and still stripping fat. Gotta clean up the diet again! :)
Kia ora Dwayne glad to hear your training well. As for me im getting there still some more hard work to do . But im loving it though. Bodybuilding is my new passion now. Ive uploaded some new progress pics and feel free to take alook thanks. Have a great week. God Bless & Takecare Laterz Dwayne
Sounds good to me nice to see that fat drop!Ive actually done it with no cardio just regular weight training and portion control on the food side of life!Anyway keep at it mate and nice to hear from you too,Michael.
Well tell you the truth, I don't think any supplement does exactly what the label says. They all go a bit over board with advertising. The question is, will it make a noticable difference for you in making muscular gains? With that being said, I would say yes, you will notice a positive difference with that product.
