Live better, eat cleaner, lift harder and enjoy every minute
Goal (Long):
I've always been heavy, but since i had my son i started binge eating and doing basically no exercise except walking. But my son turned 5 in sep last year and that motivated me to get off my ass and do something about the lard, so i got outta my chair and joined the gym on 17th Nov '08. Since then i've lost 15+kg.My goal is to be in shape and at goal by Dec "09, and then i'll probably get into martial arts again (if not earlier). Definitly watching the diet as i've got a pre-disposition towards Diabetes (already got Insulin Resistance)
Just did a brutally honest count of my consumed calories today and its a total of 2002! way over my goal, and if i'd just cut out the cheese that seemed to sneak on to my plate and the cappuccino's i drank i would have come in at 990 cal. Better crack the whip tomorrow i guess
