After I turned thirty, I realized that I could no longer eat what I wanted without having major scale consequences! So, it was time for me to take action. A friend told me to check out Cathe Friedrich and once I saw one of Cathe's dvds...that was it!! I would forever be hooked on bodybuilding!
Why I Love It:
Working out is who I am. I would be lost without it. After I leave the gym, I am so proud of what I did for the day. Makes me want to keep going back to see what else my body can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I start thinking why bother...all I have to do is go look at an old picture of me, and BAM...i am motivated.

Today was my birthday...and I had an awesome day!!! I got to spend the whole day with my best friend!! Went to the gym first, where of course he kicked my butt! Then had lunch at a place I have always wanted to try...needless to say what I had to eat did not agree with me! So that place is off...
I've been pretty good. Its turning cold outside so im startin my bulkin stage again and im lookin forward to gettin bigger than I've ever been before. Nice back definition keep it up.
Yeah I made the run, it was really nice, but know it rains and is insane windy, so I'm going to hit the thaiboxing gym today, how about you? how's going?
I have that upper thigh yucky fat..and the upper hip stuff that won't go away. I just keep losing BF on my upper body...lost all my chest...I've always had larger than normal legs...so I keep chugging along. Nice new avi
Hi Cat. I've done the strict diet thing for a month or so...I just couldn't handle it....so went back to a less structured one...right now I'm staying the same...have increased protein this week and will try to get back on strict diet. Just want to lose a bit more BF...esp in my thighs.
Ha, me legs are good and sore too:) Hit them hard Sunday with an impromptu work out...the stress relieve type! Training has been good all around, very compressed, but that's not a bad thing. And you? -CK
Hey Cat, Waiks was fun last night, went out to dinner and started strong with grilled chic sand on rye...but finished with the hot brownie fat kid special with vanilla ice cream on top! I was in food heaven lol! I'm back at my place tnite, headed back to Waiks post training tmrw for the nite and then off to Kauai!
Legs o ya. I love to tear them up. Wish i could have done them with you. It sounds as though you did a good job on them. So are you ready to do some running today? lol

Hi Cat. Thanks for the great compliments. my abs come and go...all depends on diet. I've let it go a bit the past few weeks...I've luckily been able to get them back after 3babies...it can be done. Your arms are great in size. I hope that those abs willpop for you...do you follow a strict diet?
