After I turned thirty, I realized that I could no longer eat what I wanted without having major scale consequences! So, it was time for me to take action. A friend told me to check out Cathe Friedrich and once I saw one of Cathe's dvds...that was it!! I would forever be hooked on bodybuilding!
Why I Love It:
Working out is who I am. I would be lost without it. After I leave the gym, I am so proud of what I did for the day. Makes me want to keep going back to see what else my body can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I start thinking why bother...all I have to do is go look at an old picture of me, and BAM...i am motivated.

Today was my birthday...and I had an awesome day!!! I got to spend the whole day with my best friend!! Went to the gym first, where of course he kicked my butt! Then had lunch at a place I have always wanted to try...needless to say what I had to eat did not agree with me! So that place is off...
Heheh....there's that back:) We stayed home for the holiday, just enjoyed it here with our little family! Still full from all the turkey and what not! How was yours? -CK
I did the Colorado Rocy Mountain. And yes sad to say i have been somewhat bad with my diet. LOL But i have only gainned about 5-6lbs. I don't want to gain too much fat.
Yup, worked the back...it was great!! Went heavy with the deads, and just kept pulling!! The abs?? All I did was tweak the diet a bit...trying to stay a bit more consistent. We'll get the rest of that fat melted away here soon:) -CK
