I like it because I know that I am doing something healthy for myself, and my body will thank me when I get older :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror then back at my closet at shirts that I can't wear because of my pudgy stomach lol. Then down at my little chicken legs...it really keeps me focused
I want to be able to wear a bikini again by the end of this year
Goal (Long):
I am trying to tone my stomach so I can have nice flat abs. I am also trying to build my calf muscles up so I won't feel like a skeleton when I wear shorts or skirts.I am going to review my overall progress in 6 months to see how far I am coming along and what changes need to be made.
So glad my info was able to help you. I posted those guidelines so long ago, I'm actually surprised at how many people have found it and commented me on them. I'm not able to be active on the boards these days, but it's nice to know that I'm still able to help people thru those guidelines.
