How I Started:
Was always an athlete--baseball, lifting, wrestling, etc...
Why I Love It:
It keeps my body in shape as I get older. I love the isolation and alone time when I al just lifting with my headphones on.

NONE--but I have coached bodybuilders for many years. I have a degree in exercise physiology AND human movement as well as a minor in sports nutrition.

I need to get my body back to where it was "pre-injury"---Less than 15% BF is the first goal.
Goal (Long):
I was 7% BF in April of 2006--I was injured badly--spent most of 2006 in a wheelchair and most of 2007 in rehab. My bodyfat ballooned to 27%--I have it down in the low 20's now--but still find it hard to get enough cardio done because of my leg injury--so lifting is really my best option. Being the GM of a fitness facility it's important that I get back in shape and become an example to my members--I am not horrible-
