Futebol6 I am SO jealous that you have a bodybugg! I'm hoping to get one for Xmas. To answer your question (totally not creepy, I completely understand...I always ask people what they do for body parts) squats, deads, and weighted lunges have really helped me. beautyvslinz Hey girl! Im currently bulking so the abs are no longer apparent as they once were, but to answer your question about low carbs; no, I never went low carb, I was eating extremely clean (still am) but at a calorie deficit. :) Nov 6, 2011 2:21pm

Futebol6 Yes, the fat gains are definitely a mind game. I am very early on in my bulk but I feel bloated some days and strong on others. It is weird but hopefully it will pay off in the end! Oct 30, 2011 1:12pm

take.it.off Thanks! Yep, I plan to enter into a build phase. I like to call it a build as opposed to a bulk because I am going to work hard to ensure the gains are lean by continuing to monitor my cals and macros and making strategic moves to 'up' them. ms_proteinshake As for diet, I just take in at least my bodyweight in protein, also make sure I get enough fats...then lastly carbs. So I guess low carb, but not 'that' low carb. Very balanced actually :) Mar 19, 2011 6:56pm

Snowgrrl83 Hey! Thanks for your compliments. Right now, I'm cutting on about 2000 cals/day and aiming for 40% protein 40% carb and 20% fats. I don't really have a meal plan and I end up "nibbling" all day and I actually eat a small meal for dinner. This morning, I had a protein banana muffin, then I had a protein shake after my morning workout. I had a tuna sandwich for lunch. I'm having chicken salad for dinner tonight...and I'm probably going to eat some boiled eggs as a snack tonight. Mar 17, 2011 11:59am
