After having my 2nd child I was determined to get into shape and start working out for the first time in my life.

I want to transform my body.
Goal (Long):
I have been slack for many years, never having an exercise regimine. Now I want to get into shape and loose the last 10-15 lbs to finally reach my goal weight! I want to finally be confident about my body and happy with myself. I would love to reach my goal weight within the next 6 months. Since I am new to this workout thing I hope to expand my knowledge of weightlifting and to find the best approach to reach my goals so that one day I can help someone else.

Wow! So far I love this stuff!!!! I feel great! I have plenty of energy without feeling like I'm overloaded! I have had awesome workouts! I get alot more exercises done in less time!! Suprisingly enough I can actually go a little heavier on a few sets!! I don't have any negative comments so...

Thanks for being a friend here Kat keep your focus it took me months of consistent wts, cardio and calorie manipulation with proteins and carbs, but I am making great progress now just gotta finish strong to my goals. please give me a vote at www.bodybuilding.com/2010-body space-spokesmodel-search-men. Athens is a couple of hours northwest of Augusta. I think they always say it's North Georgia when they talk about us on the weather channel, lol. I like it here though ... never been here before being stationed here in 2006 ... then since I've been here, I've been gone for about 18 months of it, so yeah ... I like it when I'm actually here, lol. Thanks for the kind words, btw. It really means alot.

I'm back now ... been back from crapghanistan for a little while. not lookin forward to headin out again, but i'm sure it'll be my turn again before too much longer. it's nice here in GA (I'm in the Athens area now) ... it was 61 this a.m. when I went to PT:) Felt awesome!!

Well I've been working out for about 7-8 years now but i've stopped for 7 months before and got kinda fat after being super ripped. after realizing how fat i've gotten i just started back last year. lol. So so far it's been almost a year now. =]
