How I Started:
After recovering from a short bout of anorexic behaviour in my late teens, I decided to join a gym. I have always been pre-disposed to bodyfat (I know now that it is partly due to my PCOS) and found lifting weights to be a good way to keep things under control.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel. I think I'm quite good at it, and improving all the time - it never stands still. I love seeing the changes in my body, and enjoying the sport of fitness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Challenging myself and seeing the changes. I just love both the process and the result.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i dont need any special motivation as I am always ready to train. I take an energized creatine NO product before lifting though
