Ya it was health science, but technically I was never in health science lol. I am in the faculty of health science, but in year three, my courses branch off from the main stream and into Kinesiology. When I made that change on here from engineering to health science, I had only JUST got switched over and was kind of confused exactly what my major was lol.
sorry man i didnt even know you left me a comment a few weeks ago haha. but no i dont keep a journal. everything is mostly in my head but it is sometimes altered when i actually get to the workout
Yes I do. I picked up Steve Reeves book as well. It's nothing spectacular from a training standpoint, but interesting from his personal standpoint.
Check out, muscleandbrawn.com The owner is into Golden age stuff as well. He has a lot of the old York courses online.
Hey Kit - No, done with Hatfield. Really liked it, but trying to make it work with a pilot lifestyle, travelling all the time, sleep cycle always messed up, and lack of access to a real gym half the time...it was hard to even plan a workout!
Ya man. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in Highschool, but physics and math were my best subjects, so I thought engineering would be the obvious choice. What your good at isn't always what you enjoy. Last year was brutally boring for me, and I realized I made a mistake lol. Kind of a costly one at that. What did you get your degree in?
what's going Kit,thanks for the comment.training and diet is going well.i see that you are dialing in pretty.that what i talking about nice and shredded.keep up the hard work.
