I've alway gotten weaker and smaller when doing the 15 reps and 10 reps for an extended period of time. I've always gotten better results compressing the cycle into a week. A week on one rep range is too long.
Thanks, for compliment. I hope It'll be better, sinc I'll start really pushing it again, I was a bit lazzy during the winter time. SO I am lifting heavy on my chest now, whanna get some more muscles on and get much more ripped... HOw are you doin'?

Hi thanks for commenting mine pics. I know what were you talking with that head. I am still leraning to flex those muscles. So thats why is my head sligtht down forward...and you are right it looks much better while I got my head up..HOw are YA?
Thanks for compliment bro. Yeah I am working on em hard. I'd have em sinc I was small boy, but I've cowered them with BF so I did have to melt it of them now, and I did. ANd they do look good!!
