I got home last night and decided, I needed to workout before I hit the shower.
I was so upset with the decision that I hated myself the first twenty minutes of doing it, but you know what? I did it! had my shower after, get ready for the bed, felt great and had a great night sleep. I woke...
How has this week been? I've been so busy! Not working out at all! Well, I did go for a jog this morning. I feel pretty good about that. Lets keep it goin'!

hey....we have peaks and valleys...we all go thru those....but then you need to put today and yesterday behind you and start over tomorrow. I love tomorrows, cuz I can change things. Today I ate off my diet...chocolate...a couple of bars...well I can be depressed about that or start over tomorrow. I choose to just start over. And hopefully tomorrow is better than today...even if it is not perfect. Stay motivated pretty lady!!
