I wanted to gain some muscle mass. I did some background search on how,so found bodybuilding. I started working out at my home with my bench, some weights and lots of enthusiasm.
Why I Love It:
Quoting Arnold Schwarzenegger:"I`m a sculptor.I sculpt my body" I like the process. I like the satisfaction i get.I like building muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like the routine. And if I manage to grow also then I don't have to do much to keep myself motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Two first places, 2 second places, one third in the overall.
kirpEstoniaupdated Motivation Level from 9/10 to 6/10 and said: "Didn't win my category but after some resting the motivation will be there again! Like always :P"
One of the better pictures of me at the competition. The others are quite awful. The diet was awful, I had to lose about 7 kilogramms, I was worn out, no muscle and no vascularity.
Usually 8-12 still but I like going as low as 6 quite often.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
When on a strenght routine up to 5 minutes but during a mass routine something like 2 minutes.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Eem.I guess since I do not have very good genetics, i must accept a future as a classical bodybuilder, I hope. So I can say I have some examples among classical bodybuilders in my home country.
Just felt like writing a few lines. I am currently cutting for the Estonian Championships taking place on the 3 of October. Right now I weight 80.5 kgs that is 177 pounds, my goal is to be shredded at a bodyweight of 75 kgs(165 pounds). That is a rather optimistic goal but goals have to be a...
I am using a routine I made myself right now. I am training 4 times a week, using a mass building routine(reps 8-12 in general). I have used Bill Starrs 5x5 and Smolov squat programm both with good results so i recommend them.
Only a couple of days until the competition, how you feeling? Saw some pictures of the -75kg guys, so far you should have a pretty big advantage over most of them..
Hey saw your pics and good progress man. Need to work on your posing a little bit and you will look even bigger. For the side shest if you twist your upper body a little then you will get to see your chest more and look bigger. Good luck on your comp, hope it all goes well!
Yes, I'm natural. Never used anything illegal & never will. Don't see the point of risking your health for 15 seconds of fame, a plastic trophy & tee shirt.

Very welcome and glad to do it. Agree with you on your forum plan..maybe the body needs a bit of slowing down for a few days or just rest after the harsh over training as you say and it will thank you later by being more than ready to add more and more mass and definition. AND U KNOW there is NOTHING wrong with a classical physique. Maybe not win the Mr. O "YET" but there is something good to say about putting on both mass AND SYMMETRY. Best of luck. Andre
Welcome and I was going more by the profile pic showing solid size and definition. Everyone is always wanting more and bigger and more defined etc but you also have to admit to good work already. Didn't do great in last few comps for nothing. I'll be keeping an eye on your progress and update pics until your next stage in Nov. Andre
Thanks for responding to my blog. So, I am interested in why you don't trust MuscleTech. I just started using their products after trying BSN for awhile. I am new to supps so welcome any advice or experience.
