Wanted to gain muscle.Did some background searh how,so found bodybuilding and the rest is history...:D

How I Stay Motivated:
Have no idea...:D I must say that i hope to gain muscle and be in the top of Estonian bodybuilding someday.

One of the better pictures of me at the competition. The others are quite awful. The diet was awful, I had to lose about 7 kilogramms, I was worn out, no muscle and no vascularity.
Want to gain up to 11 pounds of beef by the end of this year!
Goal (Long):
Tha main goal for me in general is just to gain a lot of pure muscle mass. If to bring out something, then I`m especially working on improving my thighs and chest right now. I am trying to stay on the track, ignore what everybody says, do my own thing, just train, eat and hope that in time, all the hard work and dedication will pay off.
My dream is to be a great bodybuilder, not a world champion, but just big enough to be in the top of my country`s bodybuilding and feel good about myself.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now i am eating calories divided as 30%protein, 30&fat and 40%carbs.Breakfast consist mainly of protein and fats(whole eggs, salad, fish oil, 2 slices of bread, milk,), followed by a small meal of curd, nuts and a fruit, then lunch that consists of meat, salad, olive oil and some carbs from oats. Protein shake and some carbs from fruits or bread pre-workout, a protein shake and raisins or dates after. Then a carb meal with potatoes, curd, fish oil, joghurt. Today my biceps hurt. I did dumbell alternate biceps curl 3 sets with 44 pounds for 5 reps and then preacher curls 3 sets with 66 pounds for 12 reps yesterday. The dumbell curl was hard but I allow myself to cheat a little on the first, heavy excercise. The following, preacher curl was heavy...
Very welcome and glad to do it. Agree with you on your forum plan..maybe the body needs a bit of slowing down for a few days or just rest after the harsh over training as you say and it will thank you later by being more than ready to add more and more mass and definition. AND U KNOW there is NOTHING wrong with a classical physique. Maybe not win the Mr. O "YET" but there is something good to say about putting on both mass AND SYMMETRY. Best of luck. Andre
Welcome and I was going more by the profile pic showing solid size and definition. Everyone is always wanting more and bigger and more defined etc but you also have to admit to good work already. Didn't do great in last few comps for nothing. I'll be keeping an eye on your progress and update pics until your next stage in Nov. Andre
Thanks for responding to my blog. So, I am interested in why you don't trust MuscleTech. I just started using their products after trying BSN for awhile. I am new to supps so welcome any advice or experience.
