How I Started:
Shortly after the birth of our first Grandchild, I decided I wanted to be in good shape, fit and healthy.
Why I Love It:
I like the personal challenge of seeing my body transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
I made it a daily habit to get up early and hit the gym before work. I work out M-F at 5:30 am and on Saturday's around 9:00 am. It's now habit and I would not feel the same if I missed a day!
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping to 10% body fat was a goal I set for myself. I now have the goal of increasing my size, without putting on additional body fat.
I want to Gain Muscle and maintain a low percentage of Body Fat!
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. I don't want to settle for being average, especially the older I get! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident that at any age - I look great and feel even better.
