MY JOB HAD A CORPORATE DEAL FOR THE GYM, $50 DOWN...$24/MO. NO CONTRACT...I FIGURED 2X A WEEK WAS $3 BUCKS A VISIT...(I COULD AFFORD THAT)THAT WAS 06/20/05...NEXT THING I KNEW I WAS IN THERE 6DAYS A WK. ON A 4DAY CYCLE. SWEARING THAT I WAS GOING TO REACH 175 LBS. I WAS 146 AT THE TIME.
Why I Love It:
I AM LIVING PROOF THAT IF YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH, AND I MEAN SO BAD THAT YOU ARE CONSUMED BY IT...LIVE IT, BE IT, SEE IT, AND YOUR COMMITMENT HAS THE MOMENTUM OF A FREIGHT TRAIN ON A STRAIGHT TRACK, AND YOU LACK EXCUSE OR PITTY THE DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE CAN BE ATTAINED.
How I Stay Motivated:
DAY TO DAY MOTIVATION IS THE LARGEST PART OF WHAT I HAVE TO SEARCH FOR...TRAINING IS 90% MENTAL...MAYBE MORE. THAT'S IN AND OUT OF THE GYM. I HONESTLY THINK IT IS A STRIVE TO ATTAIN THE UNATTAINABLE-"PERFECTION" IT'S A LEVEL (BE IT HEALTHY OR UNHEALTHY) DISSATISFACTION THAT IS POWERED BY SELF INFLICTED NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT...P.S. WHILE COMPETING-THE MIND STATE IS...IF I'M NOT!...SOMEBODY ELSE IS!

3RD PLACE SHOWINGS IN MY FIRST TWO COMPETITONS.(I HAD NO INTENTIONS ON COMPETING, WHEN I STARTED)...MEMORIAL DAY/LABOR DAY AT VENICE. 100% NATURAL...I LOVE DOUBTERS AND HATERS...146LBS.-192LBS. CURRENTLY IN 16MOS.

Goal (Long):
I WOULD LIKE TO MAINTAIN MY NEW FOUND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE...CONTINUE TO COMPETE AND PROGRESS IN MY PLACINGS AND MOTIVATE THE PEOPLE AROUND ME IN MAKING SMART AND OUTSTANDING CHOICES FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL WELL BEING.
Yea man with the diet I am on I need to get some extra supplement in me. Plus it has some extra Essential Fatty Acids and Amino Acids in there where a regular Multi Vitamins do not. Training CRAAAAZZEEE and getting to that National level is what it is all about SO LETS DO IT!!!!
