Still just working the little cheap camera with a self timer. But at 49 with no cardio, I'm not too disappointed. But I'm not where I want to be still.

Back to bulking up, hopefully a bit cleaner this time. I'm shootin for 215 by the end of March 07, but still seeing my abs. Then I can cut for summer contests.

I'm white, not cut, but no more time to gain size. It's time to start cutting. I'm 5 weeks out. I'll post the same poses, at the same time of day each Monday over the next 5 weeks, with tanning, then shaving, etc., as the contest nears.

The sunlight washes out a lot, but I figure so do the stage lights. So, as I shave, tan, etc, I hope the definition and cuts come in over the next 5 weeks.
