Overall Goal: Get myself lean again, but BIG! (Training 2 guys for a spring NPC show, and don't want to be a slacker myself) Just increased to a team of 6 guys from my gym planning to do the May show!!!

How I Started:
I've always been athletic - basketball, volleyball, tennis, whatever - and done karate and kung fu for 30 years. But whatever condition I was in was an accidental outgrowth of those activities rather than a fucussed plan to build my body. I started with the Bowflex to get lean, and decided to see how far I could build with it.

Still just working the little cheap camera with a self timer. But at 49 with no cardio, I'm not too disappointed. But I'm not where I want to be still.

To hit the Steve Reeves measurement ideal by the time I turn 50 next year. By measuring each joint, his formula determines the ideal muscle belly size for symmetry.

Eddy! How are you? I know, I've been lax and inattentive as a friend...I'm sorry :( I'm doing well, busy. I had surgery on my other leg a couple of weeks ago for a vein that wasn't working properly and all is well now. How are YOU doing? I see you're now training TWO peopel! Wow!
