I've always been athletic - basketball, volleyball, tennis, whatever - and done karate and kung fu for 30 years. But whatever condition I was in was an accidental outgrowth of those activities rather than a fucussed plan to build my body. I started with the Bowflex to get lean, and decided to see how far I could build with it.

Funny how guys like the blue suit and girls love the red one. I think the red is more "dreamy" and the blue is barbieish...do you have sisters? LOL! If I do choose to compete again, I seriously need to gain size. Time will tell, and you? Any goals other than to look like arnold?
I think the PT that I'm going for 3x/wk is what's helping. They pull me and stretch me and massage me and have been using ultra sound as well. I think it's the ultra sound that has helped the most. Even coritizone pills and shots did NOT help!
Hey Eddy! Actually, my shoulders have been BETTER these past few days! YAY! It's about time, huh? I'm still not training shoulders but am doing back, arms, chest, tris and only light on the lats. And, of course, legs and abs. How are you doing?
