How I Started:
I've always been athletic - basketball, volleyball, tennis, whatever - and done karate and kung fu for 30 years. But whatever condition I was in was an accidental outgrowth of those activities rather than a fucussed plan to build my body. I started with the Bowflex to get lean, and decided to see how far I could build with it.

To hit the Steve Reeves measurement ideal by the time I turn 50 next year. By measuring each joint, his formula determines the ideal muscle belly size for symmetry.

i have no idea what i did, it was sort of sore the other night, i thought maybe from practicing in the heals lol, but omg today , i almost got stuck on the hamstring machine. so i went to chiro, the closet one i cld find, last time i was at one was like 12 years ago. Anyway it fning hurt i screamed loud cried said get your f-n hand off me cried more cause i felt bad for yelling that. He was going to push my shoulder back while rotating my hips. hell it was , my life flashed before my eyes lol
Good Morning. How are you? Im doing pretty good. Shoulder is much better, bicep still giving me grief. but I am def healing. New photos may be awhile..im off season and haven't had any photo shoots since last Nov. LOL
