Now that I've met my bench goal of 300lbs I want to start increasing reps and lose bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I'm pretty happy with my bodyweight. I want to lose my fat and gain muscle. I want to look hard without having to flex. I don't want massive size like the huge guys on here. I just want to look hard all the time. I want my abs to stay tight without having to suck them in.
So, I know that recovery time in between workouts is different for everyone. I also know you need to rest each muscle group for a few days in between workouts. But, if I train chest and biceps on the same day, do I need to wait a couple days before I train back, shoulders, or tri's since...
Thanks for the compliment. Not a big fan of cardio huh? Good luck finding something you like to do. Thanks for adding me. Happy New year to you also. ~Stacy
Thank you so much for adding me to your fantastic list of women who inspire you! What an honor. I was kinda bummed it was the Monday after a 5 day weekend for me but now I'm energized going into my week thanks to you! :) Have a great week!
