my goal: Improve For A Sport

My Goal to be able to dunk by the end of this year or next year, and gain a 40 inch vertical which is what I need to be able to dunk. any helpful advice would appreciated. p.s I also I do sprints for 30 minutes twice a week and i jump rope for 30
