Background

When I Started: Mar 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I woke up one morning and looked in the mirror, I did not like the unhealthy person. So I took my nephews advice and went to check out 4 Horsemen Fitness.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the feeling of being in the gym and the feeling of accomplishment when I am done doing my workouts.

Well, I think I need to reevaluate my diet to reach my goal. But l will get there. But I am still motivated.

Well, I did not reach my goal of getting down to 215. Very tough, but gonna keep trying.
