How I Started:
I started martial arts at the age of 9 gaining my black belt in Tae Kwon Do at 16. Through out them years i trained using extremely light weights just to get a feel for them. Now i have included muay thai and jiu jitsu in to my training so I do heavy weight training aswell as cardio to increase my power, strength and speed.
Why I Love It:
I love looking in the mirror and seeing the transformation of my body after certain periods of time. Also it is very satisfying and builds alot of self confidence knowing you look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
As i am now a personal trainer i know that my clients rely on me looking good to inspire themselves to tran harder. Also i am looking to do some fitness modelling in the near future so i train with that dream on my mind!
