Goal (Overall):
Get back in shape and be confident with myself. Burn away this spare tire I now carry around my waist. Maintain a body fat % of 10 or less.
Goal (Long):
First thing I am going in looking to drop my body fat down below 10. Next I will be building muscle to make my body ripped and athletic. I have been in good shape before and just feel out of the gym when I got married and had kids. I know it's the same excuse women use but, it is tough for a man to keep committed to the gym too.

I want to LOSE 20 lb
