When I Started:

How I Started:
I hated being skinny so I headed to the gym. I met a trainer there named Dan who changed my life and set me on a course of bodybuilding, and from there I have been addicted to the sport ever since.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is not just a hobby or a fun past time; it's an entire way of life. And the results one can achieve from living this lifestyle are AMAZING!
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply being in the gym...the pump...is enough to keep me coming back day after day. The pump is the best feeling in the world, and smashing through a set with your music blasting and your veins popping is a beautiful thing, and as soon as one workout is over I am already ready for the next. And of course watching fellow bodybuilders work and achieve great results keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not been working out for that long; two years total but really only one year seriously. During my senior year in high school I went from just being an adverage kid nobody really knew to the biggest and strongest in my school, a progression I plan to repeat in college.

I will continue training as hard as I can and place in the top three in Spokane's Empire Classic.
Goal (Long):
All my life I have generally been the skinny kid, barely being able to even a push-up. During my junior year in High School all this changed when I began working out, and by the end of my senior year I was the biggest and strongest kid in my school. After spending the summer of 2007 recovering from surgery I have missed three months of workout, droping nearly thirty pounds in my absence. Now as I begin college I will train with a new intensity than ever before, and will compete in my first show next spring. My ultimate goal however is to place first in Washington's Emerald Classic.
This plan works great and I have seen fantastic gains from using it. The beautiful thing about it is that it allows you to train each body group fully, having an entire day to do so. The trick? Ya gotta be intense :) The exercises listed below should not be done in the same order every...
