I originaly started lifting weights when i was 15 yrs old bec my older friends were hitting the gym back then so i just went along.my workouts were on and off.i was never consistent with my workouts not until i reached my sr. yr in high school were i joined the track & field team and was playing the shotput and the javelin.that was the best body i ever had.was toned and trim.when i reached college that was the time where i started to drink more and more.and then smoking came.when i started to work, i slowly became over weight. and now i am 60lbs over weight.seeing the pictures of my old teammates and seeing how beautiful their bodies now makes me realize that if only i continued working hard, my body would have been in good and beautiful shape. now, i am trying to bring back the same body or atleast the same body that i had back then.
Why I Love It:
it will make me feel good about my body again
How I Stay Motivated:
just by looking at the mirror and constantly looking the profile of people who has already changed and still changing their lives

well it has been 2 weeks now since i started working out again... lost 10lbs already. but i think my weight loss has slowed a bit even though i notice that my clothes are slowly becoming loose again.for the last 5 days i havent done any cardio at all due to the shit** weather here in SG.it has...

Pre, I've been lifting for 20 years. I don't have a fix routine as I constantly changing my routines on bi-weekly basis. Salamat bro. Keep pumping and you'll be where you want to be in BB.
Thanks alot bro. Wheres a pic man? I am getting ready for summer too. I been on a hardcore diet and training program since feb and dont plan to slow down until June. And Ya I am pinoy. Let me know whats up with your training and diet.
