My training is going VERY well right now. This happens to be one of those "up" times in the gym. I've been trying to take advantage of the little motivational boost I've been feeling. This was leg day...hard work but fun!

The 5 miles in the rain felt great, but I carried around 5 more pounds in wet clothes and sneakers. And those Massachusetts drivers don't move over for people on the side of the road...thought I got soaked enough...LL
