Hey buddy, thanks for the rep points.
Good looking out on the weight lost, man is it hard work or what. You probably know carb stuff as much as I. It's only down to your own heart, you keep pushing bro. Congrats so far.

Why do you dislike me so much as to follow my thread and comment about negging me?
WTF did I ever do to you?

Look dude, I really don't need your hate. If I wanted hate, I would have asked for it. I wanted advice. Pretty much, thanks for nothing then.

Keep up the hard work. Effort and time will trump all odds. I did the same for a mere 85lbs.

Keep pimping it at the gym. It's rough once you get 21 with the parties and junk food. Stay fit for life!

I think it's my eating, I've been working on dieting for way too long, not really focusing on eating more and building until recently.
Thanks!

Yeah, that is a strain pain. Use the same advice I gave you abour the chair in your post, for your dips. Until you take some heavy weight off, you probably will get that pain, unless you make an insane advancement in strength over night. Keep at it, it will get better over time.

That sharp pain probably isn't good. I have many injuries from when I played soccer as a child. Kind of the same thing. Was thin, got lazy got fat, then getting back into shape. That pain it is near your collar bone right? Mine was too to strain, I was too heavy to do dips, now I can dip my weight plus 20 lbs for 10-12 reps.
