think back and look how people usd to treat me and all the bad things they said and how i wanna look. so when i was on that treadmill i heard all these little voices in my head of the hateful comments i got cause i was a fat man and that made me push it to the limit!

you're doing an arm day right after 'chest" day (chest day will also work your tris extremely hard, so its like you're doing 2 tri days in a row) you can pull off legs/back/chest more than once in a whole week. if you wanna do a gay bodybuilding split do a push/pull/split, but i'd suggest doing uuper body ME day 1, day 2 lower body DE, day 3 rest, day 4 upper body DE, day 5 lower body ME
