the feel of everything its like a high with out a drug........

think back and look how people usd to treat me and all the bad things they said and how i wanna look. so when i was on that treadmill i heard all these little voices in my head of the hateful comments i got cause i was a fat man and that made me push it to the limit!

too much abs/calves you're doing an arm day right after 'chest" day (chest day will also work your tris extremely hard, so its like you're doing 2 tri days in a row) you can pull off legs/back/chest more than once in a whole week. if you wanna do a gay bodybuilding split do a push/pull/split, but i'd suggest doing uuper body ME day 1, day 2 lower body DE, day 3 rest, day 4 upper body DE, day 5 lower body ME
