How I Started:
I want to be stronger and faster. I also want to not be ashamed to take my shirt off. I play tennis and my body is starting to break down. My knees feel pretty bad afterward.

I feel your pain about your bad knees. Mine are pretty wrecked too. Glucosamine tablets and cod liver oil seem to keep the pain at bay for me. Keeping active and not letting them prevent me doing physical activity also helps.
