I want to gain 5-10lbs of muscle. Especially in chest, tris and upper back. I also want to tone my lower abs
Goal (Long):
My long term goal after i gain 5-10 lbs will to be get my bf% down to 9-10%, enough for abetter looking 6 pack.I also want to get to 300 for bench and 550 for squat. Overall, I want to get in great shape for a photoshoot.
After 4 weeks of 5x5, I'm switching it up. I'm gonna work 4 sets of 12,10,8,6. I'm still using high intensity cardio 3 days a week to kill of any fats. Just have to add in more carbs to keep my calorie intake up. I will also work abs 2 days a week.
