How I Started:
I've been an athlete since I started playing soccer at the age of 5. I began weightlifting in high school to perform better on the field.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love. Working out can pretty much improve every aspect of your life. Besides it's alot better than the alternative.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really have to motivate myself. Working out is a great habit I developed since high school.

I want to gain 5-10lbs of muscle. Especially in chest, tris and upper back. I also want to tone my lower abs

My long term goal after i gain 5-10 lbs will to be get my bf% down to 9-10%, enough for abetter looking 6 pack.I also want to get to 300 for bench and 550 for squat. Overall, I want to get in great shape for a photoshoot.

Workout Program:
After 4 weeks of 5x5, I'm switching it up. I'm gonna work 4 sets of 12,10,8,6. I'm still using high intensity cardio 3 days a week to kill of any fats. Just have to add in more carbs to keep my calorie intake up. I will also work abs 2 days a week.
