hey im coskun and hmm how i started bodybuilding....well i started when i was young, maybe around 15 and 16 years of age, and me and my friends decided to hit the gym, pump them weights coz we wer tired of being skinny, and you know what, those two mates i started off gym with competed with me in april 4th 2009, bodybuilding to me over the years became my life/passion and i guess my father had a big part in my bodybuilding life because he use to go gym himself and he would inspire me, over the years my training and nutrition have become more and more serious and im in love with this sport and it will stay with me for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
For the Results, And Because this is one sport where u wear your trophy everywhere you go and you wear your hard work and show and inspire everyone around you. its my life....and i love it when people come to me for advice and are interested in what i do and complement me, i enjoy giving people advice, because i know how hard it was finding out information, so i like to direct people to the right path, and specially all natural..
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing other people train harder then me, and thinking if im training hard sumone might be training twice as hard, and heavy rock/metal music :)....
BB Accomplishments:
to be up on stage with my two best mates john and aiman who ive been training for 3 yrs with, best experience

i Want to get to about 90kgs before i start dieting for my next show, my short term goals are to gain that 8kgs, Win the 2010 Australian natural teens, and bring out on stage the best me i can possibly bring and only have me to blame if otherwise.
Long term goals: To one day Be sponsored and have that support system that makes you feel like hey your good enough to motivate someone we want u represent our products, that would be a great honor, also another goal would be to get a natural pro card, Become a marketer for a supplement company or either a personal trainer/ nutritionist.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
do your research....its important
ask people at gym dnt be shy or think ur a hero and know what your doing
u dnt stop learning about bodybuilding,
