Background
I used to play so much PlayStation then one day I realised I should be out, chasing girls and the likes. So what I did was, I grabbed my fathers dumbbells, barbell and weight bench and did a few basic curls, bench press, hammer curls, pushups and crunches.. Now I am developing and I continue to thrive off the feel of knowing I'm gaining more and more muscle.
Not only does the physique give you something to look forward to when at the beach, I play to become a personal trainer later on after I complete school
