How I Started:
I started back in high school for football. It was manditory but I really enjoyed it and took it quite seriously. Then about seven months ago I realized that since I've been married I go to work, come home, do whatever chores need to be done, take care of my daughter and go to sleep. I was really looking for a hobby, just something to get me out of the house and I looked in the mirror and saw how fat I had gotten, the choice was simple.
Why I Love It:
It's the greatest challenge. Can you beat yourself? How badly do you want it? You have to constantly compete with yourself and you have to be smart about it also, you have to push yourself but you have to know your limits.
Then there are the results. There is no better trophy than a great looking body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, I go online and watch footage and pics of my favorite bodybuilders posing and working out.
I also am in the process of trying to surround myself with people who like to work out and are somewhat obsessed with getting or staying in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
I've only been working out for seven months now and next month I start cutting fat. The muscle that I've gained in this short time is unbelievable.
Wish u the best on reaching your goals. Maybe you should incorporate the fam into a couple of workouts to achieve both your personal goals and spend time wit your fam.
