My boyfriend is a personal trainer and he encouraged me to get in the gym to improve my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I have accomplished something. Makes me feel better about myself and improved my daily activities.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm pretty self motivated but if I get a little down I'll look at pictures of other females with bodies that I want to have. (ie Chicken Tuna)

I'm pretty embarrassed of this picture, but I guess it really helps to see my progress.
My stomach is a bit better then before, I think a nice firm stomach is very attractive. I really want to have abs someday :)

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Right now I'm doing 10 reps per set but before I was doing 15. I find with 10 reps I can lift more.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try and rest 30 - 45 secs.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I hate it, it makes me feel uncomfortable, and it is distracting, No i do not do it!
