How I Started:
I started working out with friends at a local gym.I have been off and on for a couple years but recently got serious
Why I Love It:
I like the feel of being in shape.The energy it gives me is amazing. Im use to looking a certain way and want to maintain it .
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with new workouts from magazines that recharge my intensity.I also use internet articles and pictures to stay on track.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
my favorite recipe is for protein pudding.1 cup of oatmeal 2servings chocolate protein powder.Mix and freeze for an hour.

Eating as clean as possible now some days its easy some days its hard as hell.All the crap pushers(lol) are comming out the wood works.ItĀ seems the more you say no the harder they push.I like the fact that what i eat keeps me from whats the norm .Just cus your grandma made it that way dosent...

I dont have a set plan for what body part its usually whatever i feel like doing that day, 1 body part per day but 5 days a week.Usually 3 days on and 1 off 2 days on 1 off . The workouts vary I feel that is the key and it helps in keeping it fresh
