How I Started: i was always interested in physical fitness. it was about when i was 10 yrs. old that i became involved with martial arts. my father was a golden glove champion, so it fighting has always been in my blood. i didn't really get into bodybuilding until i was 23 and had beecome an MP officer.
Why I Love It: the energy you get from being in shape does wonders for self-esteem. you feel like you can do anything.
How I Stay Motivated: by coming to this site and seeing all the hard work put in by the beginners and more seasoned bodybuilders. by the way please drop me line whenever you like for helpful criticism.
BB Accomplishments: i'm not interested in competing(loud gasps was heard around the internet from this blasphemy!)

I am doing pretty well. Changes are happening and I am bery excited about that. You will find a routine that fits your life. That is the good thing about this lifestyle...It adapts to anyone. LOL Stay strong.

I not only needed a body transformation but also got one and so I know where you are coming from. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if I can be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
