Growing up I was always lean and started training with weights my senior year in high school wanting to get bigger and stronger for baseball and became addicted to it and couldn't get enough of it!! When I went off to college is when I really started to pack on some size and became so much stronger it really helped with my power as a hitter in baseball. Then when my baseball was done is when I wanted to pursue bodybuilding and I've been competing now for the last 2 years and can't get enough of the dicipline from the training and dieting and really love taking my physique to new levels for each show I go into.
Why I Love It:
I love this sport for what I said above, I love the dicipline, determination, and dieting involved with the sport. I enjoy putting my body through hell each day I step foot in the gym trying to make new improvements that will stand each time I step foot on that stage. That's another thing I love getting up on that stage and go to war!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is an easy thing for me!! I train alone and have to keep myself pumped through my intense workouts which is no problem. Seeing pics of all the pro's also will no doubt keep you motivated!!
BB Accomplishments:
As a newcomer to bodybuilding just last year only being my second year competing I won 2 classes in 2 consectitives weekends at the Big Dust Classic and the Ky Muscle show's.

I was 200 lbs and at 13% body fat in this pic the night before starting my 12 week out contest diet
the final product on the day of the show. This is what you get from intense dieting, intense training, posing your ass off, and beverly international supplements.
Continue to make improvements and go into my next show even better than this past one!!
Goal (Long):
Make more improvements, add as much muscle as possible while staying lean as possible during my off season before it's right back into contest prep the day after christmas.
