What was once a Favorite past time has evolved into a Lifestyle.. hell ill admit it i like the attention.. lmao.. no really i like the idea of controlling how i look to every last detail.. im my biggest critic..
How I Stay Motivated:
set short term accomplishable goals and make it happen.. never say never and also realizing that "too big" and "big enough" dont really exist.. lol
BB Accomplishments:
30lbs in 3 years, squatting 275lbs for reps, and going balls out every set..

i always hear so many people say i wanna weigh this much.. bla bla bla.. i dont care what i weigh as long as i look big and im shredded.. if i lost 10lbs but was yoked and cut up.. id be fine with that.. its all about how you look, not what you weigh..
This is the life I have chosen to live, its 7:30 am and im eating for the 2nd time today, chicken, spinach and bacon, most people arent even awake yet. . here i am consuming protein and carbs religiously.. counting every gram.. every ounce of chicken ensureing im getting the proper amounts.....
