summer 2008 off season
before i dieted down in the fall, I was a solid 145 with 18%bf. TOO BIG for figure. now (2009) I have lost a bit of this muscle to be able to conform to the judges' standards

i was a big f*cking girl! i could have rocked bbing, but i did not want to be looked at as a bodybuilder-so unattractive-so i lost some muscle mass for 2009
