i took a lot of time off! haha how have you been-pam is great, max muscle is amazing-we are going to do a pump and run this fall! I need to get to doing my job better, lol; school is insane too. bring us free stuff!! :) im back at it & things are better than ever, for sure!

you too! idk if I can compete still, I tore my miniscus & its pretty much up to my ortho =/ im almost always on painkillers & in a brace for now_I will be completely bummed if I can't but there's a ton more shows comin up. what's ur 2009 look like?

ahhh the knee thing...begins with a c, and the 2nd word is patella. lol. it blows, doc gave me ultrams and lidocane patch and anti-inflammatory; ultrams make me SICK as f, otherwise it's shitty. lol. just working thru the pain :) how've you been budday?!

what's up giiirlfriend! lol well honestly, a) its genetic, my midsection has much to be desired b) smith squats with legs out in front & leg press legs close together && c) don't skimp on cardio_rollerblading helps, for real (but NEVER after leg day)!

lifting levels=... outstanding! I did 14, 11, 7, 20 flat & incline dumbbell presses today supersetted; with 45, 50, 60, 25 db's & yesterday seated cable row personal best w/ 175lb for 7 reps :) couldn't be better actually!

pitt in may :) I tore my miniscus recently so the natural ohio's are out of the question _and maybe the francois if I don't place in PA, but lets hope not!

hey lady! check out my www- there are lots more on there you can print out =) & I have been relying on being in keto every day for 45 days right before a show, and even before that I still do keto with the exception of carb ups

LOL well I have a thyroid problem and I have to do ridiculous cardio just to look sort of in shape (and with that it makes my legs look nice!)

the only reason im not taking you up on the offer is bc I have a listening issue lol when I first started I had a trainer who I just had to go against just to disagree with (& my uncle is a "former" (old man lol) pro but I promise I will keep in contact if I ever need the extra boost!

i always spot gain fat in my midsection...thats the only place that I need to lose it now. My quads are separating nicely, shoulders starting to striate but abs aren't showing (life of a girl. sucks!) so I might have to keep carbs in =/

well depends on what type of diet you're on_ when im about 6 weeks out from a show I totally cut protein bars out from my diet. even when im a little farther out (7-9 weeks) I only have them bc I do a ketogenic (low low low carb) diet & I can eat fat (of which protein bars are very high in).so it all depends!
