I used to workout about 5 years ago but I became addicted to it. I started going to the gym 2 times a day and then would go home and work out some more. After about a year I burnt myself out. I've only just recently started back again but I'm finding it a little hard to get motivated. My body surprisingly has retained quite a bit of muscle from 5 years ago however I have body fat over top!
Why I Love It:
I love the way my heart pounds in my chest and I can feel the blood pumping through my body...I love the soreness I feel the next day...
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of the members here! You guys are all amazing...I envy your dedication!

I ahve a similar story, while i was in school i was a hardcore gym goer, but when i graduated and started work i got distracted and out of shape very quick.
What has been your progress since you started again?
