Reason: Amanda works her a$$ off period! She posts valuable information and without a doubt knows her stuff. People should be thankful and take notes...because her knowledge and experience is an asset to this board. She's a great girl with a positive attitude. Her constant drive and determination shows...she keeps getting better and better :)

Reason: Because he's dedicated...and even with injuries along the way (happens when you do this for so long) he continues to plow forward! Who the hell wouldn't be inspired? He has an amazing physique and yes...I'm a fan :)

Reason: Her posts were the very 1st posts I ever read on this site. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge of nutrition and training. She goes above and beyond helping others and is one of the most patient women on this board. She's made fantastic progress since she's started and continues to stay focused on her journey. Her dedication and hard work shows and I have nothing but respect!

Reason: Oh what can I say about Abe? He's one of the 1st guys I met here and we became instant friends. He works hard in his everyday life and brings it to the gym as well. He's smart, funny and witty as hell. Even when I'm having my worst days he always finds a way to make me laugh :) Thanks hun for everything...
