Decided to join the gym to add some muscle, loved it and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
I've been training for over 20 yrs. I can't imagine not doing it. It's my hobby and everyone needs a hobby.
How I Stay Motivated:
My biggest motivation has always come from watching others succeed and reach their goals. This is why I continue to dig deep.
BB Accomplishments:
10 yrs of competing and still going strong. It's been a great journey so far. Too many shows to list but here's a few:

Her posts were the very 1st posts I ever read on this site. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge of nutrition and training. She goes above and beyond helping others and is one of the most patient women on this board. She's made fantastic progress since she's started and continues to stay focused on her journey. Her dedication and hard work shows and I have nothing but respect!
Oh what can I say about Abe? He's one of the 1st guys I met here and we became instant friends. He works hard in his everyday life and brings it to the gym as well. He's smart, funny and witty as hell. Even when I'm having my worst days he always finds a way to make me laugh :) Thanks hun for everything...
I had a good holiday. We did it up right out here. It sucks being away for hte holidays especially thanksgiving that is my favorite. I will let Steph know you send the love. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving too.

I am pretty happy to be back at it hard with no pain, or I just looked at your avi ;) You don't have to put me on the list you can just send me all the pics you take I can tell you which ones are best. Hope things are going good your way. I keep wondering when they are going to not let me vote for you anymore on the spokesmodel search.

No problem! Are you going to completely stop weight lifting or just quit competing? I was thinking of "maybe" trying to compete in 2 or 3 years when I feel I'm ready, but I don't know.
