I am monitoring my progress for "visible" Abs. Its not easy for me as i do not a good "foundation" of any Abs before. To achieve my goal, I watch my diet to control body fat, cardio and Gym. The rest will just wait n see.

The fight is on! cycle carbo, low fat, high protein diet. A lot of Abs and cardio work. (Actually the photo is taken on 25 Jan in GMT +8)

There is an overall tone up of Arm esp Bicep and side shoulder. The lat is also improved but not thick enough. However the front shoulder is still very small.

Minor improvement at the lower Abs. Calories intake is up as i afraid my muscle will suffer and since i am already skinny. Be focus- up my calories, maintain/more cardio works, clean diet with lower oil/fat and good pumping of more iron!! I must do it!!

There is minor improvement on the lower Abs. As i am weighing only 60 kg now. I need to add more muscle mass. Therefore i m on a bulking stage now. Still will hard on the ABS but lowering the cardio. And hopelly the six peck will be visible later after my cutting time.

Mar was my little bulking time. The abs is coming along(small way) but its ok. Lower Abs is weak compare to April.

There are improvement on my back, chest, side shoulder & Shoulder overall. Compare to 2007 and 08 Feb my back and tricep seems to be smaller. This could be due to the cutting of my overhead press from my routine. But now i am back to my the old time Overhead press and chin up for the next 2 months till June 08'.

March was the bulking time. Honestly i did the bulking after gathering info from sources such as BB.com. Because i was inexperience so some areas i believe i was doing it wrong. Also a lot of time the determination is weak. I swear, its easy to weighe down but its so tough to put on mass now. I am having fun doing it but to gulp down the amount of food, i tell u ...... I was also very lost during that month was also very lost between bulking n cutting... so anyway..So i was 65Kg down to 59kg and then up to now 62-63kg. I am not sure its water or real mass.

As my goal is ABS this year, may progress for ABS is bad. However, my bodyfat is definately lower. There are overall improvement on other body parts- Back, Chest, Shoulder being the best. Leg, Arm and Abs are making only small progress. Diet still remain d same with Low Carbo Cycling-High Protein-Up my fat a bit infact. Change d protein to Muscletech hardcore that seems to be working for me.

Arm has more or less hit Plateau. With weighted bench dip forcing small growth for the tris. Weighted bench dip works well for me now.

This is my little transformation combo shot. Weighing 65kg before dropped to 59 kg. Current wiight is maintain at 62kg lean mass. Trying to staying lean n gain mass now.(i hope this is possible) Well the goal for abs is still far.

Thanks to close grip chin up. i do chin up everyday before my routine. I listen to my body- when tired i m on low intensity, Reps varies but set is always 5.
