I was having PROBLEM even squatng up and down with that Belly. So I tot No way, I better do something before the all kind of health problem looking for me.

Goal (Long):
After my short goal. I am going to bulk up another 5 kg. It seems funny once i come down 5kg going up 5 kg seems a real challenge for me.
Also i welcome advise form all on how to make my chicken leg gain in size :(
Long run, i have no plan for competition but is serious in keeping in good shape with nice lean muscle.

Basic Crunch and twist with and without weight.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me i think its squatting. because I only weigh 60 kg now. And i have a pair of chicken leg(small). However i will try to increase the mass and size of it.
Also I think shoulder exercise is challenging for me as my joint is weak. I always hear this worrying clicking sound during the movement. Any advise, guys? i know. i am with ya on abs. i still am able to grab a hold of fat on my abs. hopefully by the end of December we should be able to have better result. how is your meal and your exercise going?

hit the lower first do hang leg raises bend knees to start do them real slow do not swing roll up as far as you can 4/15 then work up to 4/20. then do your other ab exercises then finish off with one more set of lower. They say the lower is the hardest to came in.

I duno if you have access to all the gear but I reckon using all those could help. Anyway good luck with it let me know what happens. Let's see some beast legs!
How about add some leg press as well so you can do some heavy? And as well as the extension for the quad, how about curl for the hamstring too, to balance it out on both areas. My main leg exercises are leg press, squat, leg extension, leg curl, and then extras are lunge, explosive squat, explosive lunge, angled squat, etc. I also include calves. Main thing that works for me is weighted calf raise on smith machine.
hi K, thanks for the tips, i'll look into it. i'm going to switch my workout a bit and start introducing cardio again into my workout, but i'm doing moderate cardio.
How do you plan to pack on mass?
