I was having PROBLEM even squating up and down with that Belly. So I tot No way, I better do something before the all kind of health problem looking for me.

Love? No way but what choice do i have to live well?

Well there are only a few months left. My goal for six pack Abs is still far. I really have to plan to make sure i achieve my overall goal!!

Really need to watch my Carbo, bring back the Cardio, maintain/up d protein n Training!!

Serious training will resume in August!!

Excuses, yeah I heard that man. I've found the best way to do it is to just prepare all your food for the day the night before. That's been working good for me for 4 whole days now I haven't cheated once.
