Just kept looking in the mirror & was very disappointed in how I look

It makes me feel good about myself---I'm doing something good for me!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be healthy for my kids (and myself!) and be around for awhile & really enjoy life!! I also want to be able to wear a bikini without embarrassment!!!!

well eating clean is a large part of it - if you have an email i can send you a list of what i eat. then training consists of at least 3 days of strength training and doing cardio 3 days. take it a day at a time - just remember that you are doing this for you and...you are worth it!

I've been good, just super busy. I'm in Dallas this week so trying to balance the diet with the social life, not doing to well. They do have a good running track so that helps. So what was your custome?
