Just kept looking in the mirror & was very disappointed in how I look

How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be healthy for my kids (and myself!) and be around for awhile & really enjoy life!! I also want to be able to wear a bikini without embarrassment!!!!

well eating clean is a large part of it - if you have an email i can send you a list of what i eat. then training consists of at least 3 days of strength training and doing cardio 3 days. take it a day at a time - just remember that you are doing this for you and...you are worth it!
