Me too...........I've been getting some flack for not defending my title this year......hee hee! Guess I better get my fat butt in gear and put some muscle back on and get with it!! Have a blast! :) Kim---I like the new photo! Nice!

The strength has gone away a bit this year with training for figure and trying to lose muscle! I have learned though that I am a bodybuilder at heart so BACK AT IT!!!!

I bet you are glad exams are over! My cardio and workouts are different....way different that bodybuilding workouts...still adjusting. Having a hard time losing that hard fought for size!! Darn it, but we must change to meet new challenges! What sports do you play?

Not sure. 2006, I was training for my 1st powerlifting meet when I lifted 205. In the meet I was disqualified at 189 (lifted to soon~UGH!) but in training did 205. Have been sizing down for figure since then so probably not!
