Was a competitive gymnast growing up, I guess that competitive spirit just never dies......so natural bodybuilding was a great outlet!
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong and confident in my bodies abilities. I am the mother of 4 children and staying strong and healthy helps me keep up! Ha ha!
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping my Sanity! I must have an outlet with my crazy life, so pumping the weights is a great outlet! I am sure my kids are grateful! :)

Dream BIG! I have learned over this past year of turmoil, that if you dream big, you can make big things happen in your life. If you work hard, those dreams really do come true! My goals for the new year are to build PhyZique Fitness Studios to a level that no other training studio around Montana has ever done! I want to be more in love with my husband, have a deeper relationship with God, and be a better mother to my children. I hope to continue being inspired by the amazing people who come into my life...and maybe even inspire a few myself!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

Hey there, first of all, nice work with everything you have done! You look great, and I know it took a lot of time and dedication, you deserve it!
I would like to know how you take and what your results are like with the Kre-Alkalyn, I see you have been taking them for a couple of years now. Keep up the good work, thanks in advance.

Hi Kim, I was surfing around BB.com and came across your BodySpace. You forgot to mention what an inspiration you are to so many Montanans and beyond. It is always good to see you at shows whether you are competing or lending support. See you at the Emerald Cup in 2009.
