How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-10, depending on how much weights. the less reps, and more weight the better!

20-30 seconds, probably not enough, i get impatient and bored easily so i like to keep moving!

my new cleaner eating meal plan starts today here is an example for one of my days, which i will use  today.

 meal 1

1 slice of multigrain toast

spread of orange marmalade

glass of orange juice

3 egg whites

1 whole egg

meal 2 

non fat boysenberry yoghurt

Thank you for adding me to your friends. You are making great gains. Watch that you don't depend on the scale too much. Taking your measurements and watching changes there can be more gratifying. It was and still is my favorite way to see my accomplishments.

I am hanging in there trying to eat more salads and had an off week of working out. But I am back in the game. Sometimes we just have our moments and then we snap back. I can see some muscle popping out in your back. Great job! Keep it up.

lol. texas is the second largest state in the united states, besides alaska. Cali is first. There are a bunch of huge cities, Dallas (where i work), Houston, San Antonio (which has like 21 high schools) majority of west texas is weak, lots of "desert like" stuff, but east, north, and south texas are packed.

Nice and sunny? its freakin 106 degrees here, no exaggeration, and we have our spurts of rain, which makes it that much more humid. I would rather be there than here. ;)
