My brothers started working out constantly and I just got into it with them.

I have a friend that I workout with and I looking at Oxygen Magazines that I get.

"I'm not ashamed of my body nor does it look bad, but there is always room for improvement. I want to be faster for basketball and increase my muscle mass. I'm currently 140lbs which sounds bad if you dont know what I look like... But the majority of that is muscle. I JUST WANT MORE!!!"

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It depends on whether its a leg day or arms. I tend to work harder with my legs, I guess where I use them more.
