Goal (Long):
"I'm not ashamed of my body nor does it look bad, but there is always room for improvement. I want to be faster for basketball and increase my muscle mass. I'm currently 140lbs which sounds bad if you dont know what I look like... But the majority of that is muscle. I JUST WANT MORE!!!"
She made a goal and she stuck to it and was left with amazing results.
Just looking at her progress pictures makes me want to work that much harder and put my complaining aside.
I run everyday, play basketball 3days of the week, full body workout mon, wed, and fri. I do glutes and hamstrings tues and thurs.
